Give the make, model, year and whether it starts and can be driven. Include the number of vehicles and dimensions or modifications that could affect handling. Photos help show its shape and condition, particularly for a van, motorhome or an unusual vehicle.
Vehicle only or part of your household move?
You can request vehicle shipping on its own or tell us that household belongings will travel too. Upload an inventory if you have one and explain your packing requirements. Collection and shipping arrangements need to be assessed together rather than assuming the vehicle and boxes can travel in the same way.
Check the destination requirements
Confirm whether the vehicle can be imported and which current permissions or documents your circumstances require with the destination authority before committing to shipment. Vehicle import, registration and any relevant charges are separate from the household inventory. We do not determine eligibility through the quotation form.
Review collection, shipping and handover
Give the UK collection town and destination town or area, with your preferred timing. The quotation should explain the transport method offered, where the vehicle is collected and handed over, document responsibilities and which charges are included. Confirm any preparation instructions for the agreed service.
Send the information you already have
The vehicle request form collects your contact and route details alongside the vehicle information. Upload photos or supporting documents in the same form. If you also want currency exchange contact, tick that option and we can use the information provided.

Can I request a car shipment to Dubai?
Yes. Select United Arab Emirates as the destination country and enter Dubai as the destination town. The vehicle and requirements are assessed for the actual shipment.
Can I ask about a vehicle that does not run?
Yes. Choose the condition that describes it and explain any handling needs. The shipping arrangement and any extra work require assessment.
Do I need to complete a second moving form for household items?
No. Choose vehicle and household belongings or selected items in the vehicle form, then upload your inventory and add the relevant notes.
