Match materials to the contents
Books, crockery, pictures and larger household items need different preparation. Describe the items rather than guessing that one box size will suit everything. Mention fragile surfaces, awkward shapes and furniture that needs its own protection.
Give us a useful starting quantity
A room-by-room list or approximate box count helps the discussion. Say whether you already have materials and which items remain unpacked. If you are uncertain, upload an inventory or photos and ask for help assessing what is needed.
Confirm the supply details
Materials are requested by enquiry, with availability and supply arrangements confirmed for your move. Check sizes, quantities, price and how and when the materials reach you before making your packing plans. This page is not an online shop or a live stock list.
Keep specialist packing separate
Ask for assessment before packing an item that may need crating or particular handling. Tell us if you would prefer packing help for those pieces. Material supply and packing labour are separate tasks unless the quotation includes both.
Request materials in one step
Tick packing materials in the moving form and use the notes or uploads to explain your requirements. Your contact and route details travel with the same enquiry, so there is no extra form to complete.
Your questions answered
Can I ask without knowing every quantity?
Yes. Tell us what you plan to pack and label quantities as estimates. An inventory or room photos can help clarify the requirements.
Are materials included in packing services?
Check the agreed quotation. It should explain which materials are included and whether any separate supply or specialist work is needed.
Need boxes delivered before you pack?
Request empty boxes by type and quantity, with your delivery location and timing. If you are also requesting a move, use the packing materials checkbox in that moving form to keep your details in one enquiry.
