What is recorded
The form records your route, belongings, timing, requested help and contact details. You may also upload an inventory, photos or supporting documents. These files are stored privately with your enquiry, are available to authorised staff and are attached to the moving enquiry email and your customer copy. The inherited submission safeguards also record technical request information for spam checks. Private enquiry information is not public website content.
Optional postcode assistance
For within-UK requests, postcode text can be sent by this site's server to Postcodes.io for suggestions. Manual entry remains available. No lookup runs for international requests, and other answers are not sent to the provider.
Currency exchange requests
We arrange introductions to a specialist currency exchange partner and do not exchange currency or handle your money. Ticking the optional currency exchange checkbox on a moving enquiry requests partner contact using the name, email, phone number, route and timing already supplied. Leaving it unticked does not request currency exchange follow-up. This is recorded with the same moving enquiry; no additional form is needed. The dedicated currency exchange page is for standalone requests and asks for agreement to partner contact there. Neither form exchanges money or commits the customer to a rate.
Before launch
The verified operator, contact details, retention arrangements, exchange partner wording and final privacy and commercial terms need approval before the public launch.
