Tell us whether you would like everything packed, fragile belongings only or help with selected pieces. If you plan to pack yourself, say so and ask about materials. Mark any rooms or items that should remain outside the packing work.
Help us see what needs preparation
Upload an inventory, room photos or pictures of specific items. Include large furniture, glass, framed artwork and awkward shapes. Tell us about delicate finishes, removable parts and any manufacturer handling instructions.
Prepare before the packing work
Separate belongings you will keep with you, items you are leaving behind and anything needing discussion. Keep travel documents, medication and day-to-day essentials accessible. Ask about restricted or unsuitable items before sealing boxes.

- Set aside personal essentials and items that should not be packed.
- Confirm access and the agreed packing arrangements.
Check materials and specialist tasks
The quotation should explain materials and packing labour included in the agreed work. Crating, dismantling, assembly and unpacking need to be specified where required. A request for packing does not automatically include every handling or destination task.
Make the inventory and labels work together
Agree a clear way to identify boxes and furniture, with room names and contents where useful. Keep the list current as you finish packing or change decisions. Tell us about additional items so the quotation and moving plan can be reviewed.

Can I pack some items myself?
Yes. Explain which items you will pack and which you want assessed for help. Confirm any preparation requirements or conditions for customer-packed belongings.
Can I request materials in the same form?
Yes. Tick packing materials and describe what you need. Sizes, quantities, cost and supply arrangements are confirmed before you rely on them.
Will everything be unpacked at delivery?
Unpacking and removal of materials are included only if agreed in the service scope. Mention these requirements when you enquire.
