Small international moves

Moving a few belongings abroad? Start with your list.

You do not need to be moving a whole house to enquire. A few pieces of furniture, the contents of one room or selected belongings can still need a proper plan for packing, collection and delivery.

Make a short, useful inventory

List the pieces you want to move, their approximate dimensions and the number of boxes if you know it. State clearly what you are leaving behind. Upload your existing list or photos to the form instead of copying everything into the notes.

Check the route as carefully as the load

Give both countries and towns, collection and delivery access, and your preferred timing. A small load can still involve stairs, restricted unloading or a large item that cannot fit through the normal entrance. Explain anything that could affect handling.

Decide what packing help you need

Tell us which items are already packed and which need preparation. Ask about materials if you plan to pack yourself, or request fragile-item packing. Delicate or unusually shaped pieces should be assessed before a packing method is chosen.

Get a quotation for these belongings

The proposal needs to match the inventory, route and service you request. Confirm any minimum charges, collection arrangements, packing inclusions and delivery expectations when reviewing it. Adding furniture or boxes later may change the assessment.

Your questions answered

Can I enquire about one piece of furniture?

Yes. Include a description, approximate dimensions, photographs if available and access at both ends. Availability and the handling plan are assessed for the item and route.

Do I need an exact box count?

An estimate is useful at the enquiry stage. Label it as an estimate and update it once you know what will travel.
