Tell us what makes the item different
Describe the material, approximate dimensions, condition and any instructions for handling it. Upload clear photos, including fragile details or existing damage. Mention loose parts, delicate surfaces and anything that should not be tilted or taken apart.
Plan the path to its new position
Record stairs, lifts, tight corners and doorways at both properties. Explain where you would like the item placed and whether the receiving room will be ready. A careful plan considers the access as well as the object.
Define the tasks you need
White glove describes particular care, but the work still needs a clear scope. Ask about the tasks relevant to your piece and confirm which are included in the proposal.
- Wrapping or protective packing and any assessed crating requirement.
- Collection, delivery, unpacking and positioning.
- Dismantling, assembly and removal of packing materials, where agreed.
Share instructions before moving day
Provide manufacturer guidance or existing care instructions if you have them. Confirm who can answer item-specific questions and receive the piece. Tell us if the item, intended room or access changes after assessment.
Add it to your moving enquiry
Tick the white glove option, describe the particular items and upload supporting photos or documents. The same enquiry supplies your contact and route details, so you can request this help alongside the wider move.
